​​​​​​​​I’m Renee Moseley, LCSW, a therapist and creative strategist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and organizations as they navigate change and rediscover what’s possible. Intrigued by who we are and how we grow, I began my career in Los Angeles, California, where I continue to hold a license. In 2009, ready to explore something new, I moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and made Portland, Oregon, my home. Both places hold a special place in my heart.​

I bring humor because laughter belongs in healing, candor because truth builds trust, and curiosity because understanding creates change. Whether sitting with a client or guiding a team, I listen deeply and challenge with care.​Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals through grief, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions, and helped organizations strengthen culture, belonging, and purpose.

With more than twenty years of experience in therapy, organizational development, and leadership, my work invites a pause, a chance to realign, let go of what’s no longer working, and move toward peace, purpose, and connection; joy.​
