Helping teams reset toward clarity, connection, and impact

When things are flowing like trust, communication, and creativity, the work feels alive. But sometimes teams need to acknowledge what isn’t working and build frameworks that foster belonging, resilience, and innovation. Organizational tension can show up as burnout, misalignment, or a sense that purpose got lost along the way. My joy comes from helping teams pause long enough to listen to what’s happening beneath the surface and chart a new course.
How I Work
My approach is relational, reflective, and grounded in how to make things better.
I bring the same qualities that guide my therapy practice: humor, candor, and curiosity into the organizational space. Humor helps us breathe when the work gets heavy. Candor makes sure we name what’s true, not just what’s comfortable. Curiosity opens the door to fresh ideas and connections.
My Background
Before launching Reset to Joy, I spent 15 years helping build an award-winning nonprofit community focused on belonging, purpose, and connection across generations. That experience taught me how structure, alignment, and relationships intertwine and how subtle shifts in culture can transform outcomes. Over the past three decades, I’ve had the privilege of managing and developing organizational frameworks for mission-driven organizations that guide impactful change.
