Supporting your reset toward clarity, steadiness, and joy

Whether you’re grieving, facing a big change, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening and begin to move forward.  You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. Curiosity is enough.

I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions/changes, healing from trauma, or feeling weighed down by stress, anxiety, or depression. Together, we look at what’s getting in your way, explore how you’re wired to respond to challenges, and find ways to help you feel more grounded and at ease.

My Approach

I draw from several evidence-based frameworks that help us look at your story from different angles:
  • Biopsychosocial model: We’ll explore how your mind, body, relationships, and life experiences all work together to shape your well-being.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Instead of fighting every difficult thought or feeling, we practice noticing them, making space for them, and choosing actions that move you toward what truly matters.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Small shifts in thinking can open new ways of responding, helping you feel more steady, confident, and in control.

These frameworks give us structure, but the heart of therapy is our relationship: how we listen, learn, laugh, and grow.  If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for something different, we’ll start right where you are. My aim is for our work together to be collaborative.
