• I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.  In-person session are held on Tuesdays at 505 NW 9th Ave. Portland, 97209

• Payment is due at the time of service.  Your session is time reserved for you, and we’ll work together to schedule appointments that meet your needs.  Given this, you’ll be charged the full fee for a no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

• Insurance accepted: Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Aetna (California and Oregon)

• I am happy to provide statements or superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Coverage for mental health services can vary significantly between insurance plans. I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly to verify your benefits, including details about out-of-network coverage, reimbursement rates, and any pre-authorization requirements.

• A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available for clients who may need fee flexibility.  If cost is a concern, we can talk together about what feels possible. Availability is limited.
